In the majority of circumstances, we will issue a store credit for a future purchase or re-bake your order. Why? Because we sincerely want you to enjoy our products and have a delicious experience. If you do not feel the love, please give us a second chance to impress you and your family. Do not hesitate to reach out, we understand because we are customers also.

- If you are unsatisfied with your product. Please contact us within 24 hours of pickup. You can contact us by Email: Info@G6sourdough.com or by Phone: (737) 314-3012 - Texting is the best way to reach us; we are not always hands-free to answer phone calls.

- If your product fails to perform as the bakery expected or if we experience a substantial event, your payment will be refunded.

- If you paid for a pre-order and forgot to pick it up. Please reach out to us by Email: Info@G6sourdough.com or by Phone: (737) 314-3012 - As we have been trying to reach you. Once we realize a pick-up has been missed, we will text and email you.
- If you paid for a pre-order and it has been 12+ hours after your pick-up time and there has been zero communication, your items have been given a new home. Communication is a priority, and without it, we are unable to ensure that our products are eaten. We reserve the right to feed a belly, or two (giveaway to someone else), when it has been 12+ hours after your scheduled/agreed-upon pick-up time. We greatly appreciate your order and know that others thank you for paying it forward.
- YES, we offer a Neighbor in Need program. Please consider buying a loaf for a fellow neighbor in Georgetown who needs a handmade, wholesome, and delicious baked good. And, of course, you can add a neighbor to the list. We give away multiple goodies each week and would love to bless more people. CLICK HERE to sign up your neighbor.

- YES, you can nominate yourself for our Feeding Georgetown list. This list is for everyone who is not in need and wants to be blessed with a tasty and wholesome baked treat. CLICK HERE to sign up or nominate someone else.

-- Our return/refund policy is due to the perishable nature of our business; we are unable to accept returns of food products.​ Plus, that would be impossible to restock... could you imagine? "Attention shoppers, half-eaten scone now available for sale. Ignore those teeth marks, they just add character!"​ Beyond weird, if you ask me.
